Creating a new user account
When the POV Manager
launches for the first time, it
displays the following “Sign
In” screen. If you check the
“Remember Me” box the
POV Manager will bypass this
screen when you logon in the
future.
1. Select Sign Up to create a profile
2. Enter Email address

Use a valid email address as you will receive important notifications and an
initial V.I.O. verification. This information is used for signing into the V.I.O.
website
3. Enter Password
Password Rules:
•
Password must be between 5 and 12 characters long
• Password must contain at least an alpha character [a-z, A-Z] or a numeric
character [0-9]
• Password must not contain spaces, single or double quotes, begin with '!' or
'?', or contain your login ID
• Password is case sensitive
4. Confirm your Password
6. Click Sign Up

You will receive a confirmation email. This is all V.I.O. will e-mail you.
7. To complete the sign up process, click on the verification link sent in the
Welcome email
Note: Click reset password if you have forgoten your password. Anew password
will be e-mailed to your registered e-mail account.
