Timer Controlled Communications
You can send a document to one or multiple stations at any preset time within the next 24 hours. Up to 2 built-in
timers can be set for deferred transmission and deferred polling.

Hole: 1. If you enter a wrong number in Step 4, press I CLEAR I then re-enter the right number.
2. if you wish to send the document without storing into memory (memory may not be big enough for
storing the entire document), skip step 5 and enter only one station in step 6. In this case the document
will remain on the ADF for Timer Transmission after step 7.
If you resen/ed the deferred transmission without storing into memory, the display shows "TIMER’’ on
the upper right corner after pressing I START 1 in last step.
3. To change or cancel the Deferred Communication settings, see page 68 and 69.
4. Up to 2 Deferred Communication files (3 Memory Transmission, 1 polling XMT file ora combination not
exceed maximum of 3 files) can be set.
