Using the Caller List
Storing Caller List Information in the Directory
You can store names and phone numbers that are in the Caller List into
the directory.
Make sure that the station unit is in the standby mode.
1 Press V or A to enter the list.
2 Press V or A to find the desired caller.
• If the number requires editing, see page 31.
3 Press [ENTERI.
4 Press [ENTERI again.
If there is no name information for
the caller,
“Enter name”
will be
displayed.
a) If a name is not required, press |E~NTER|.
b) If a name is required, enter the name (p. 26),
and press [ENTERI.
'A beep sounds.
' To store other items, repeat from step 2.
'To return to the standby mode, press lEXITl.
