Sending a fax during a conversation
While having a conversation on one line, you can send a fax on the other line.
Example: If you are using LINE 1
Press [ HOLD ] to put the first call (line 1) on hold.

indicator flashes green.
Insert the documents FACE DOWN, and then
press the other line button ([LINE 2]) to make a
second call.
•The line

indicator lights green.
Enter the fax number using the dial keypad,
One-Touch Dial or [JOG DIAL],
Press [START/SET/COPY].
• If you use [JOG DIAL] in step 3, press
[START/SET/COPY] again.
•The line
2
indicator lights red.
To return to the first call (line 1), press the line
button of the first call ([Llf^

)).
•The line

indicator lights green.
