selected using this button.

Note:

(1) The “A2 (German)” stereo/bilingual TV

sound transmission system is used in the
following countries; Australia, Malaysia,

Thailand, Indonesia, etc.
The “NICAM” stereo TV sound transmis­

sion system is used in the following
countries; New Zealand, Singapore and

Hong Kong.

(2) If the stereo signal is weak or the receiv­

ing conditions are poor or if STEREO:
MONO automatic switching occurs, it is

recommended to switch to the “Mono”
Mode.
When the broadcasting mode changes to

“STEREO", “DUAL”, or “MONO” after you

have selected “MONO” mode, change
over to either “STEREO” or “MAIN”
Modes will be made automatically.

“DUAL” also known as “BILINGUAL”

mode is not currently transmitted in some
countries.
