From the “Interface Type” drop down menu, select “Dialogic”.

As desired, check “Only Process Alert Devices Restricted to this
Interface.”

From the “Dialogic Channel” drop down menu, select the channel that
corresponds to your phone line.

• Select “Board 1 Channel (Port) 1” for line 1, “Board 1 Channel (Port) 2” for

line 2, etc.

As desired, check “Line Has Caller ID.”

As desired, check “Monitor inbound calls, but do not answer. (allows
triggering of alarms without answering call)”.

As desired, check “Poll Inbound Calls for Integration Digits (i.e.
MainStreet Messanger - requires additional hardware)”.

As desired, check “Inbound devices support Contact ID (i.e. Alarm
Panels, but not MSM/Elcombe)”.

As desired, enter an IP addres in the “IP Address of Channel Control
Relay” field.

Click “Insert.”

Restart services.

6.1.2 Set Up a Phone (Voice Call) Alert

Access the Radius interface and log in.

Click on “Administration.”

Click “Alert Devices.”

Click “Create a New Alert Device.”

Select “Phone (Voice Call)” from the “Insert Alert Device” dropdown
menu.

Enter a description of the alert device in the “Description” field.

If desired, choose an alert device category from the “Alert Device
Category” dropdown menu.

• This is usually used for quick messages and reminders.
