Resending a Document in Memory
You can resend documents that are stored in memory. The machine stores faxes that are received but not printed
because paper or toner has run out, a paper jam has occurred, or documents have not been transmitted due to a
transmission error.
You can send such faxes to another fax machine to be printed.
1 Press Function → Memory Reference.
2 Use 4 (–) or e (+) to select 3.RESEND DOCUMENT → press OK.

Ex:
3 Use 4 (–) or e (+) to select the transaction number (TX/RX NO.) of the document you
want to send again
→ press OK.
Ex:

4 Enter the fax number.
• For dialling methods
→ p. 4-3.
• You need to press OK after you enter the fax number using the numeric keys.
5 Press OK.
• The machine begins sending.
