tus line of the controller display!
When operating the CVC 3000 with the
external VSP 3000 pressure transduc-
er, vacuum control is not possible in
the ”Auto mode” and ” VACUULAN”
functions.

”Pump down” function:
”Minimum” is adjustable in a range of 1x10 -3 Torr to 7.5x10 2 Torr (1x10 -3
mbar to 1x10 3 mbar) or can be set to ”Off”.
”VAC control” function:
”Set vacuum” (factory set 7.5x10 2 Torr), ”Hysteresis” and ”Maximum” are
adjustable in a range of 7.5x10 2 Torr to 1x10 -3 Torr (1x10 3 mbar to 1x10 -3
mbar).

Adjustment of the set vacuum during vacuum control:
Fine tuning:
The set vacuum can be fine-adjusted by turning the selection knob while
process is running.

Turn the selection knob.

A full turn causes a change of the set vacuum of 1.2 decades.
+
Turning the knob one detent causes a change of the set vacuum of
1/10 decade.
Serial Interface:
Command IN_PV: The vacuum value is given as X.XXE±X.
Command OUT_SP or IN_SP: The vacuum value is given as XE±X.
