connected?
✔ Disconnect in-line valve;
switch controller off/on to
reconfigure.
➨ In-line valve removed
or defective?
✔ Check connection cable
of the valve; or use new
valve or reconfigure with-
out valve.
❑ Warning triangle
and coolant valve
symbol are flash-
ing, four blips*.
➨ Coolant valve removed
or defective?
✔ Check connection cable
of the valve; or use new
valve or reconfigure with-
out valve.
❑ No digital pressure
reading, warning
triangle is flashing,
five or seven blips*.
➨ Five blips:
External pressure
transducer defective or
removed?
✔ Plug in external pres-
sure transducer, or use a
new one, or reconfigure
without external pressure
transducer.
➨ Seven blips:
Internal pressure trans-
ducer defective?
✔ Contact local distributor.

➨ NT VARIO / VARIO-
B pump and VMS**
(Vacuum Management
System) connected?
✔ Remove VMS. Restart
controller.
➨ Fault at the NT VARIO
/ VARIO-B pump or at
VMS?
✔ Check pump or VMS,
restart controller.
➨ Connecting cable from
pump or VMS removed?
✔ Check cable connections.
❑ Clock symbol is
flashing.
➨ Preselected process
time is over?
✔ Confirm by pressing
START/STOP key.
❑ Internal venting
valve does not re-
spond, valve sym-
bol is not displayed.
➨ External pressure
transducer connected
and active?
✔ Select internal pressure
transducer or connect ex-
ternal venting valve.
❑ Venting valve does
not respond, valve
symbol is dis-
played.
➨ Venting valve contami-
nated?
✔ Clean valve.
