presser foot and lower toot to hold the
button securely.
3. turn hand wheel manually until needle
approaches fust above button.
4. Ac^ust stitch width control so needle will
enter one hole of the button.

Turn
hand wheel again by hand so needle
antert aecond hole. Readjust stitch width
if necasssry. Stitch a number of times.
6, Finish sewing with an extra two Inches of
thrsid remilning. Draw these threads to
reviraeiidi
of garment and
tie.
When sewing a flat button, place needle or
pin between holes of button es shown to
provide flexibility for buttoning.
