CARING FOR YOUR MACHINE
To ensure the best possible operation of your machine, it is necessary
to keep the essential parts clean at all times.
Always disconnect the machine from power supply by removing the
plug from the socket-outlet.

Es necesario que mantenga las piezas esenciales limpias siempre,
para obtener un funcionamiento eficáz de su máquina.
Siempre desconectar desenchufando el cordón de la corriente eléctrica.
Cleaning the feed dogs and shuttle area
Raise the needle to its highest position.
2. a Remove the bobbin case from the shuttle.
b. Push aside the two shuttle keepers.
c. Remove the shuttle race cover and shuttle.
3. Clean the feed dogs and shuttle area with the lint brush.
NOTE: Put a drop of sewing machine oil on the center pin of the
shuttle and shuttle race as indicated by the arrows.
4. a. Be sure the shuttle race forms a half moon on the left side of
the machine.
b. Holding the shuttle by its center pin, replace it so as to form a
half moon on the right side.
c. Slide the shuttle race cover back Into position.
d. Snap the shuttle keepers back into position.

Changing light bulb
Remove the face cover. Unscrew the bulb and firmly screw in a new
bulb. Replace the face cover.
Disconnect from main supply before changing a bulb. Do not use a
bulb of more than 15 watts.
Cambio de la bombilla
Quitar la tapa frontal, desenroscar la bombilla y roscar firmemente una
nueva. Volver a colocar la tapa frontal.
Desenchufar la corriente antes de cambiar la bombilla. No usar una
bombilla de más de 15 watios.
Limpiar el área del transportador y la lanzadera
Levantar la aguja a la posición más alta.
2. a. Sacar la cápsula de portabobina de la lanzadera.
b. Empujar los dos soportes de lanzadera a cada lado.
c. Sacar la cubierta del carril de lanzadera y la lanzadera.
3. Limpiar el área del transportador y de la lanzadera con el cepillo
de hilachas.
ATENCION: Echar una gota de aceite para máquina de coser por
el eje central de lanzadera y el carril de lanzadera
como está indicado con las flechas.
4. a. Hay que poner el carril de la lanzadera formando una media
luna subre el lado izquerdo de la máquina.
b. Soportando la lanzadera con el eje central, reponerlo formando
una media luna sobre el lado derecho.
c. Deslizar la cubierta del carril de la lanzadera a su posición.
d. Echar los soportes de la lanzadera a su posición.
