Be sure to retain proof of purchase to verify warranty status. Refer to WARRANTY (next page) for further
information of owner’s responsibilities for warranty service.

When contaeting Customer Assistance be sure to provide the model and serial numbers of your
appliance, the name and address of the dealer from whom you purchased the appliance, and the date of purchase.
