SETTING THE STITCH LENGTH

regulated by the dial, shown in
Hg. 14 Near 0 is the shortest stitch and 5 is the longest, but
the^ dial rnay be set at any spot between the markings for a
variety of engths. Turn the dial to the right to lengthen and
to the left to shorten the stitch. The number of stitch length
you choose is indicated by the triangular pointer.
