1 egg

2 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons chopped green chilies
1 (7 ounce) can Mexicorn, drained

cup grated Cheddar or Monterey Jack
cheese

cup salsa
I* Preheat the Griddle to medium.
C: Combine the mix, egg, milk, oil, chilies, and
corn. Pour onto the griddle and spread evenly.
J s Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the
bottom is golden brown and the top is set
around the edges and into the middle. Lift the
edge of the bread and slide the Bread Paddle
underneath. Carefully turn over onto the griddle
and cook the second side for 3 minutes. Slide
the Bread Paddle under and remove to a plate.
Cut into
8
slices.
Sprinkle the cheese over the top and spoon the
salsa in the center.
