DC 5V alarm upper threshold (voltage, range 0 to 1.0)
L:
DC 5V alarm lower threshold (voltage, range 0 to 1.0)

TRUE if the function succeeded, FALSE if failed.

Description
Sets the chassis DC 3.3V threshold, beyond which the DC 5V
voltage triggers the alarm.
