Valid values are 0 to 255.
Count
Indicates how many bytes of data will be written to the
EEPROM. Valid values are 1 to 4
Data
Data written to the address of the EEPROM.
Return Code(s)
0: No error
-1: Not a valid device
-2: Invalid parameter
-3: EEPROM is busy
