If you do not want to restore all factory settings, but want to adjust the
vacuum offset, press DISPLAY briefly and the display will show:
Press  or  until the appropriate offset is shown.
Each number represents an offset of 0.001 mBar
Press DISPLAY and the display will show:

Each number represents an offset of 1°C.

displayed as “SHLF TEMP” during
sequences other than PRE FREEZE.
