1 Introduction
1.1 Purpose
This document details how to convert a DCP-2000 to a ShowVault. It is presented as a step-by-
step procedure that must have all steps performed properly and in the correct order. This
document also lists the required parts and components that are needed to perform the
conversion.
1.2 Important
CAUTION: The procedure presented in this document must be performed by a qualified
technician ONLY, who is properly grounded according to ESD rules (see Section 3 for
more information).
• This upgrade is only for DCP-2000 units that are fitted with Supermicro X7SBE
motherboards.
• The upgrade is also to be performed on units with silver chassis.
