I-Field bits are always right justified.
If a receive character length is different from eight bits is used for the I-
field, a table similar to the previous one may be constructed for each
different character length. For no residue, that is, when the last character
boundary coincides with the boundary of the I-field and CRC field, the
Residue codes are:
