Prelaying and working tables

The machine is equipped with two prelaying tables, where the trouser or skirt
parts can be stored. These parts can be aligned on the working table.

5.2

Mouse with guiding bar and pull-back mechanism

The mouse is used for the clamping of the trouser and skirt parts to prevent
them from sliding away.

The cloth is clamped between mouse plate (7) and clamping arm (6). During
the sewing, the mouse will be pulled along the guiding bar (1), until a termina-
tion switch triggers the opening of the clamping arm (6).

The mouse will now be driven backward by the pull-back mechanism (5),
until the adjustable stop (2) is touched.

The pull-back mechanism is mounted below the working table and contains
an arm (3), an adjustable counter weight (4), several rolls (5) and the cylindre
(8) to open and close the clamping arm (6).
