Measuring Leakage Current with Grounded HF
Equipment

With the ESU grounded, the test load is 200 ohms, and
the ESU must be operating at maximum power. Test
Setup C as shown in Figure 8 complies with IEC 601.2.2,
sec. 19.101a, test 1, fig. 102, and sec. 19.102, adopted
by ANSI/AAMI HF18-2001.
