To manually open ports in the Windows Firewall with Windows XP SP2
installed:
1. Go to Start > Control Panel > Security Center.
2. Click on Windows Firewall .
3. On the General tab, uncheck the Don’t allow exceptions checkbox.
If “Off” is selected, the computers within your network may be secured by an external
firewall. Consult your network administrator before making any changes.
