RADIO OPERATION
1.
Select FM or AM broadcasting mode by pressing Source
button.
2. Tuning mode:
A. AUTOMATIC TUNING
1). Press the Auto button on remote control to activate
automatic selection. (Default mode is Manual selection) (Note:
Auto appears on the display).
2). Press Tuning +/- to select the station you want to listen to.
When a station is tuned in, the tuning process will stop
automatically. (Automatic selection)
3). Press Tuning + /- again to select another channel.
B. MANUAL TUNING
It is for selecting stations, which cannot be tuned
automatically (manual selection)
Press the Auto button on remote control to activate manual
selection. Each time the Tuning + /- button is pressed
momentarily (0.5 second or less), the frequency changes by a
fixed step. FM: 50 kHz steps; AM: 9 kHz steps
3. PRESET BROADCAST STATION
This facility is used to store FM, AM broadcasting from
channel 1 to 20 (FM)/1 to 10 (AM) repeatedly.

a. Press Source to select broadcast FM or AM.

b. Press Tuning- or Tuning+ until the displaying frequency
begins to change, then release. When this system tunes to
station the scanning will stop.

c. Press MEM button on remote control. A preset number will
appear on the display. Use Station to choose your desired
preset number, then press MEM button again to confirm.
d. Repeat the above procedures, this unit can store 1 to 15
stations.
e. When you want to listen to the preset broadcast station,
press Station on front panel or number key on remote to
select your desired preset station.
4. FM MODES AVAILABLE

Press ST/Mono button to alternate between Stereo mode and
Mono mode.
STEREO

FM stereo broadcasts are received in stereo and the “
indicator lights on the display.
MONO
To compensate for weak FM stereo reception, select this
mode. Reception will now be forced monaural, reducing
unwanted noise.
