Transferring operating parameters over the data interface
You can save the operating parameters on the FE 401 B floppy
disk unit or a PC and read them into the POSITIP again whenever
required. For further information on the data interface and data
transfer, see Chapter II - 4.
Preparation

➤ ➤ ➤ ➤ Access the operating parameters as described above.

➤ ➤ ➤ ➤ Go to the second soft key row.
To read out parameters
➤
➤ ➤ ➤ ➤ Enter the program number under which you wish to save the
operating parameters.
➤ ➤ ➤ ➤ ➤ Press the soft key Param. Output .
POSITIP reads out all operating parameters.
To download parameters
➤
➤ ➤ ➤ ➤ Enter the program number under which the operating
parameters are stored on the diskette.
➤ ➤ ➤ ➤ ➤ Press the soft key Param. Input .
POSITIP replaces all operating parameter settings in
its memory with those on the diskette.
