The Modicon Programmable Logic Controller Gateway (PLC Gateway) allows
any drive on the MicroTr a c
® LAN to transfer data to or from the Modicon 800
Series Remote I/O Network. Both logic and numeric information can be
transferred via PA C
® p r o g r a m m i n g .
The Modicon Gateway is a self-contained 6 slot PC back plane enclosure. The
gateway comes complete with a power supply, three XT style (8 bit) PC
compatible cards, and an optional 4 port Hub card. The cards and enclosure are
identified below.
