bUilding cUSTom ProgramS
Press the CUSTOM Button to enter the Custom Menu and press ENTER, use the +/- keys to select CREATE

CUSTOM and press ENTER.

Select Mode:
You will then be given the option to select the type of program you would like to build, BIKE or EXERCISE.

In BIKE mode you will be creating a program based on the desired level of difficulty for the program

unit. During program creation a theoretical Watt value will be displayed in the lower right WATT

display as a reference. This theoretical value is calculated based on a 70 RPM pedal rate.

In EXERCISE mode you will be adjusting the Watt value of each program segment. During the

program the bike will adjust resistance to match the Watt target based on your pedal RPM.

Press ENTER to confirm your selection.

Select Time:
Enter the desired duration of the workout using the +/- keys to adjust, from 15-99 minutes. The default is

30 minutes. Press ENTER to confirm the selected time.

Build Program:
Each column in the program represents one (1) minute. As a reference point the dedicated TIME display

at the bottom of the console will display the current minute selected.

Use the Navigation Keys to create your exercise program. The +/- keys will adjust the level of the se-

lected column. ENTER will move to the next column in the program, and BACK will move to the previous

column.

Review and Save Program:
After completing the last column and pressing ENTER the console will scroll your new program from

right to left for review. If you would like to go back and change something press BACK and use the navi-

gation keys to make your change. If you are satisfied with the program press ENTER to save the program

to the USB Flash Drive.

Your new program will be saved in the following format: BMMDDYYX (Bike Mode) or EMMDDYYX (Exer-

cise Mode), where X is a number between 0-9 allowing you to create up to 10 programs each day on the

console.

Deleting Custom Programs:
Programs cannot be deleted through the console interface. If you would like to delete a programs from

the USB Flash Drive insert it into the USB port of a PC and delete the unwanted file.

Note: Do not change the name of a Custom Program file on your PC. Doing so will corrupt the file and

make it unreadable.
