Insert a cotton swab moistened with alcohol into the sheet holder outlet slot, and wipe
the surfaces of the print head and the rubber roller.
• Insert the cotton swab by picking up the Printer and looking into the sheet holder
outlet slot from below so the interior becomes visible.

Take particular care when wiping the points where the print head and rubber roller
come into contact.

On the bottom of the Printer, slide the release lever back to the PRINT side.
• Printing is not possible unless the release lever is in the PRINT position (page 31).
Cleaning the exterior of the Printer
Use a soft cloth moistened with water to clean the exterior of the Printer. Be sure
to completely wring out all excess liquid from the cloth before wiping. Never use
benzene, alcohol, thinner, or other volatile agents, which can damage the Printer.
