2. Open the top cover.
3. Remove the toner cartridge and imaging drum.
● M101-M105 models: Remove the toner
cartridge first, and then remove the imaging
drum.
● M106 models: Remove the toner cartridge
and imaging drum as one unit.
4. Remove any visible jammed paper in the input
tray area. Use both hands to remove jammed
paper to avoid tearing the paper.
