When you call in for service or support, you might be asked for the product number of the computer
(for example: PS988AV). If the computer has a product number, it is usually located next to the 10- or 12-
digit serial number of the computer.

Locating warranty information
If you did not receive a printed warranty with your computer, you can locate warranty information in other
ways.
