Subpads
1 Place your index finger on the subpad.
2 Press toward the top of the printer.

Note If you replace the subpads, also replace the pickup roller assembly and
the separation pad. See the removal procedures for the separation pad
on the previous page and also see Figure 96, “Paper pickup assembly,”
in Chapter 7.
