3.5 Operating Switches (cont.)
2. Drain Valve Microswitch: The computer
will display Drain Open when the
drain valve is opened. The computer
will lockout and prevent any cooking
operation until the "EXIT/COOL
FILTER" button is pressed.
3. Float Safety Switch: Located in the
frypot. Designed as a safety switch, it
prevents the computer from calling for
heat until the oil level rises above the
heating elements.
