6 Close the two jam covers and go to step 10.
If there is any resistance, and paper does not move
immediately when you pull, stop pulling and continue to
step 7.
7 Pull the optional tray2, out of the printer.
8 If you see the jammed paper, remove the paper from the
printer by gently pulling it straight out.
