Overriding a colleague’s call (intrude)
Precondition: The station user whom you have called
is busy. You need to contact this colleague urgently.
Select and confirm.
Both the colleague and the other party hear an alerting
tone.
You can speak immediately.
Override?
In order to override, you must have the appropri-
ate class of service.
Override is not possible if the called party is pro-
tected by the override security function.
