JLAN LEDs

The Gigabit Ethernet LAN ports (located

beside the USB ports) each have two

LEDs. The right LED indicates activity

while the left LED may be green, am-

ber or off to indicate the speed of the

connection. See table at right for the

functions associated with the connec-

tion speed LED.

Alarm Reset

The system will notify you in the event of

a power supply failure. This feature as-

sumes that Supermicro redundant power

supply units are installed in the chassis.

If you only have a single power supply

installed, you should not connect any-

thing to this header (JPR1) to prevent

false alarms. See the table on the right

for jumper settings.
