No current regulation in the Stick
mode. Low open circuit voltage.

1. Make sure the machine is set-up

and configured correctly for the
Stick mode,

be faulty

There is no response to changes to
the output control settings. No cur-
rent regulation in all modes.

1. Make sure the correct input volt-

age is applied to the machine.
230 or 115VAC.
