Playback/Editing

You can display other location names or landmark names as selectable candidates by
searching the database in this unit using the location information of the picture when it was
recorded. Location name information can be changed by overwriting with selected
candidate information.
Select [Place-Name Edit] on the [Playback] menu. (P46)
Press 2/1 to select a picture with [ ] icon, and then press
[MENU/SET].
Press 3/4 to select item, and then press [MENU/SET].
• Exit the menu after it is executed.

• Pictures recorded using Panasonic cameras (LUMIX) with the GPS function released in or
before 2010 cannot be edited.

Display other candidates by searching within the database in this unit.
1 Press 3/4 to select the item to change, and then press
[MENU/SET].
2 Select the candidate from the search result, and then
press [MENU/SET].
[Direct]
Stored location or landmark name can be changed with the text entry
function.
• For details on how to enter character, refer to “ Entering Text ” on P90 .
[Repeat]
Copy the contents of the last performed edit into other pictures.
• Confirmation screen is displayed. It is executed when [Yes] is
selected.
• The contents of the edit are copied to the selected pictures.
