DISPLAYED ERROR MESSAGES
If an error occurs, one of the following messages may be displayed. The message
may only be displayed briefly, so if you are watching for errors, stay by the
machine and watch display.
Display Required Action
CLOSE
COVER/REPLACE
PAPER
The Printer cover is not closed or the paper roll
is out. Close the cover or replace the paper roll.
CLEAR ORIGINAL
The original is jammed in the feeder, remove
the original document.
CLEAR COPY
There is a piece of paper jammed in the printer,
remove the jam and perform paper cycling.
PUSH START
Your machine needs to cycle the paper or the
paper roll is not set correctly. Press the Start
key.
UNABLE USE PRINTER
MEMORY OVER
There is not enough memory to store your fax
message. Use a lower resolution, or send the
message in several transmissions.
ERROR PRESS STOP
KEY
There was an error during transmission or
reception. Press the Stop key to return to
standby mode. Check the Error Report.
CAN NOT PROGRAM
The limit of the number of group stations has
been exceeded.
ALEADY INPUT
This number is already included in this group or
this RTI/CSI has already been stored for use
with this feature.
TOO MANY DIGIT
You have entered too many digits, check the
number and try entering it again.
NOT PROGRAMMED
This Quick Dial or Speed Dial is not
programmed.
NO FILE EXIST
Either there are no messages in memory
waiting for transmission, or you have entered
the wrong file number. Check the file number
and try again.
