Note: Default Watchdog state is “non-active”, i.e. Watchdog Time Interval is equal to
zero.
Note: In order to use the DAServer, you must activate it. See the DAServer
Manager documentation for information about how to activate and deactivate
the DAServer.
Enabling Software License Key for DASOmronEth
Enabling software licensing for Klinkmann Omron Ethernet Direct DAServer
(DASOmronEth) differs from usual sequence used for other Klinkmann software – it is
caused by reason the DASOmronEth configuration is done via Wonderware System
Management Console (SMC).
After DASOmronEth is installed, the following steps are required to enable the software
licensing:
1) After installation, Klinkmann DASOmronEth is added to list of installed DAServers in
SMC DAServer Manager:
Now Klinkmann DASOmronEth can be configured by adding Socket and Controller
Objects.
2) Select “Add License Object” from DASOmronEth “Configuration” pop-up:
The “New License Object Parameters” tab will appear:
