Connecting Head Actuator Jumper Cable
ƽ WARNING
Ensure that the head actuator jumper cable does not hang loosely below the side
channel. Otherwise, the cable could present a tripping hazard.
NOTE: If the head actuator jumper cable is 43 inches long, refer to Short Head Actuator Jumper
Cable on page 28.
NOTE: If the head actuator jumper cable is 84 inches long, refer to Long Head Actuator Jumper
Cable on page 28.
NOTE: Reverse this procedure to disconnect the head actuator jumper cable.
Short Head Actuator Jumper Cable
NOTE: For this procedure, refer to Detail “A” of FIGURE 5.6 on page 29.
1. Connect the head actuator jumper cable to the cable from the head actuator.
Long Head Actuator Jumper Cable
NOTE: For this procedure, refer to Detail “B” of FIGURE 5.6 on page 29.
1. Thread the head actuator jumper cable from the junction box through the two loops in
the head end.
2. Connect the head actuator jumper cable to the short cable from the head actuator.
3. Gently pull the head actuator jumper cable toward the junction box so that any slack
in the cable is taken up near the junction box.
