Changing the
Properties of
Multiple Buttons
You can change the properties (e.g. color, font size, etc.)
of more than one button at the same time.
However, please note that you cannot move or
resize several buttons at once.

Ensure that the Scene Controller workspace is in
Design View (i.e. with the layout grid visible).

Ensure that the mouse pointer is not over a scene
select button, then click and drag to draw a rectangle
around the buttons you want to change.
When you release the mouse button, all scene buttons
within the rectangle will become selected (with resizing
handles).

Open the Change Button Properties dialog box (as
shown on page 108) by either:

right-clicking on a button, if you wish to copy the
properties from that button, or
•
right-clicking anywhere else in the workspace, to
obtain the default properties.

Make any modifications required to the font
color, font typeface and button color/image.
Note that you cannot change the button text in a multiple
selection.

Click the OK button to apply the new properties to all
buttons in the selection.
