Diagnostics Menu
p Press ENTER to turn the secondary cooling fan on or off.
This function is usually used for diagnostics only by a trained technician.
Open Drive Door
The Open Drive Door function will cause the Scalar Library to open the door of the selected drive. If the door is
already open the drive door motor will run for a short time. If a tape is present in the drive, and it has not been
logically unloaded, as error will occur and an error message will be displayed on the Operators Panel.
p Use LEFT or RIGHT to select the desired field. Select the drive row and drive using UP or DOWN. Press
ENTER to activate.
