Searching by Name for Destinations
You can search a name registered in the Address Book.

Place your documents ( → p.18).

Switch to the Fax mode ( → p.15), and then press [ ].

Press [ ◄ ] or [ ► ] to search for a recipient.
Select <All> or an initial
in the recipient’s name.

Press [ ▲ ] or [ ▼ ] to highlight the desired recipient, and then press [OK].

Adjust the image quality of the documents as needed ( → p.52).

Press [ ] (B&W).
Redialing
You can select a destination from among the most recent three destinations. When you
specify a previously used destination, the machine automatically sets the same fax settings
you used the last time you sent documents to that destination.
