Press [ ▲ ] or [ ▼ ] to highlight <System Management Settings>, and then press [OK].

Press [ ▲ ] or [ ▼ ] to highlight <Restrict TX Function>, and then press [OK].

<Address Book PIN>
Specify a PIN to protect the Address Book. The PIN will be
required to register, edit, or delete destinations.
<Restrict New
Destinations>
Off

Restrict the destinations that can be specified to those already
registered in the Address Book or those searchable from the
LDAP servers. Restricting destinations will prevent the following
operations:
• Specifying a destination with the numeric keys
• Registering new destinations in the Address Book
• Changing destinations that are registered in the Address Book
<Allow Fax Driver TX>

On Specify whether or not to allow faxes to be sent via a
computer’s fax driver.
<Restrict Resending

On Specify whether or not to restrict sending faxes from
<Previous Settings>.
<Confirm Entered Fax

Specify whether or not to require a confirmation before
sending a fax. If you activate this feature, you must re-enter the

Specify whether or not to restrict faxes to multiple recipients.
If <Confirm Sequential Broadcast> is selected, a
confirmation screen is displayed when you send a fax to
multiple recipients. If <Reject Sequential Broadcast> is
selected, you cannot send a fax to multiple recipients.
