Total printing costs for the top n domains/groups/users
Lists the top n users, domains, or groups whose printing costs are the highest in a given period. Before
launching your query, choose user/group/domain in the pull-down menu. This query takes into account the
number of printed pages, the printing mode, the printer, and the media. By default, this query provides the
10 domains best matching these criteria since HP Access Control (HP AC) Job Accounting installation. This
query helps with your costs management, by informing you of the costs involved in printing documents
between two dates.
Total printing costs for the top n servers/printer queues/printer models/ devices/printer serial numbers
Lists the top n servers, printer queues, printer models, devices, or printer serial numbers whose printing
costs are the highest on a given period. Before launching your query, choose servers, printer queues, printer
models, devices, or printer serial numbers in the pull-down menu. This query takes into account the number
of printed pages, the printing mode, the printer, and the media. By default, this query provides the 10 devices
best matching these criteria since HP Access Control (HP AC) Job Accounting installation. You can specify the
currency in which to express your costs. The default currency is defined in your user options. For more
information on this setting, see the HP Access Control (HP AC) Job Accounting user options section of this
guide. This query helps with your costs management, by informing you of the costs involved in printing
documents between two dates.
Evolution of printing costs per domain/group/user per year, month, day, or hour
Charts the total real cost of all printed documents per hour, per day, per month, or per year. Before launching
your query, choose domains, groups, or users in the pull-down menu. Select a specific domain, group, user,
or currency. By default, all documents printed by any user of all domains since HP Access Control (HP AC) Job
Accounting installation are included. The default currency is defined in your user options. For more
information, see the HP Access Control (HP AC) Job Accounting user options section of this guide.
Printing cost per printer queue, device, model, or serial number
Provides information on the cost of printed documents per hour, per day, per month, or per year. Before
launching this query, choose a technical item (printer queue, device, printer model, serial number) and time
unit (per year, month, day, or hour) in the pull-down menu.
