You can modify the number of lines displayed in a table in your User options. For more information on how to
modify this number, see the HP Access Control (HP AC) Job Accounting user options section of this guide.
NOTE:
If Copy job appears in the Document name column, the job is a copy job, not a print job.
Clicking the Excel icon formats the information into a standard Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. This is the only
option that allows you to save your query results. To save, use the Save As command in Excel.
