3 Plug the mouse or keyboard into this port. The arrow on the connector
should face upward.
Disconnecting a mouse or keyboard
You can disconnect a USB or PS/2® mouse or keyboard when the computer is on
or off. Disconnecting the mouse or keyboard when the computer is in a power
saving mode (Standby or Hibernate) may cause the computer to malfunction.
To disconnect the mouse or keyboard
❑ Unplug the USB cable from the USB port on the computer.
❑ Unplug the PS/2 cable from the Mouse/Keyboard (PS/2) port / on the
port replicator.
