Setting a Route to Your Destination

Touch “Yes”.
A new route to your destination through all
the remaining way points, except for the
skipped way point, is calculated.
Deleting a way point from the
route
If you no longer need to pass through a way point
you have not yet reached, you can delete that
place from the list of way points and calculate a
new route.

Touch “Destination” in the Main menu,
then touch “Cancel Route”.
A message asking whether you want to can-
cel the route appears.

Touch “Yes (one)”.

Touch the way point you want to delete.
❒ If you want to delete other way points,
touch “Delete” and repeat step 3 above.

Touch “Done”.
A new route to your destination via the
remaining way points is calculated.
❒ You can also cancel the route using the
Chg.Route in the shortcut menu.
Adding and deleting way points
using the Route Options

Touch “Route Options” in the Main menu,
and then touch “Edit Current Route”.
This displays a screen for adding or deleting
way points. The method is the same as
described in “Adding a way point” and “Delet-
ing a way point from the route”.

the route is set.

Registering POI shortcuts
You can register up to six shortcuts to your
favourite points of interest (POI).

Touch “Destination” in the Main menu,
and then touch “Vicinity Search”.

Touch “Set”.
Displays a list of already registered POI short-
cuts.
Four POI shortcuts are registered as the
default setting: Restaurants, Petrol Station,
Hotel and Airport.

Touch “Add”.
Displays a POI category list.

Touch category or
.
Touching category adds that category to the
shortcuts. After touching
, please proceed
to Step 5 and select a subcategory.

Touch subcategory.
The selected category is added to the list of
POI.
When registering another icon, repeat steps 3
through 5.

Touch “Back”
The registered shortcut is displayed.
