Failed to communicate with the RAID controller.
Point:
During the RAID creation.
Reason:
Problem occurred in the communication with
the RAID controller.
Action:
1. Check that the RAID controller is operating
correctly, by using Hardware Diagnostics
Program etc.
2. Check that the SCSI cable is connected
correctly.
