RAID controller session timeout.
Point: During the RAID creation.
Reason: Response was not returned from the RAID
controller.
Action: 1. Check that the HDD(s) are operating
correctly, by using Hardware Diagnostics
Program etc.
2. Check that the SCSI cable is connected
correctly.
