If any of the power supply voltages are out of tolerance, check the
interconnection wiring as well as actual power supply voltage at the power
supply. Refer to the Drive Installation and Operation Manual for details on
troubleshooting power supplies.

Mounted at the bottom of the board are 15 LED’s for the Digital I/O. The
10 Input LED’s are left to right inputs #DSI-1 through #DSI-10, followed
by the 5 Output LED’s indicating left to right # DSO-1 through #DSO-5 as
shown in

Figure 6.9
